Multi-stage signal processing and precise algorithms ensure reliable detection – including lower-pitched instruments. Guitar and bass each have dedicated modes for different string counts (6/7/8 and 4/5/6); for guitar, violin, viola, cello, and double bass you can also choose string type (steel, nylon, or synthetic). For especially deep strings (e.g. double bass), detection remains labeled Beta as the physical limits of the microphone become noticeable.
